The Analy Volunteer Form
2013 - 2014

We need parent volunteers! If you volunteered last year, please fill out the form again so we know you are interested and available this year. We also changed the form.

Volunteers play a critical role at Analy High School and enrich the entire community. There are many ways to be involved. Please read over the opportunities below and check all boxes that you may be interested in. The Volunteer Coordinator will place your name, phone number and e-mail contact on a list to give to the appropriate person.

Analy Support Groups:

Analy High School Education Foundation: is committed to enhancing the educational experience of all students by raising funds and engaging the community in support of public education.

Band Wagon: The Analy Band Wagon provides financial and volunteer support needed to help the Analy High School Band and Orchestra programs achieve consistent excellence. The Analy Band Wagon (ABW) is a great way for parents and relatives to become involved with the Analy Instrumental Music Program. The Board meets during the school year at 6:30 pm on the second Thursday of each month in the Analy High School Library (see map), unless otherwise noted.

Boosters: The Boosters' mission is to provide financial support for Analy Athletics, Academics, and Extra-Curricular Programs. In a sense, the AHSBC operates as a Home and School Club or PTA. Funds are raised in support of athletics, as well as teacher/classroom grants for instructional support, site improvement projects, technology, vocational education, the visual and performing arts, staff appreciation events and Analy’s Project Graduation.

Project Graduation: This all night celebration is put on for the seniors following Graduation. This is a ‘Pay it Forward’ opportunity. The underclass parents organize this event so the senior parents can enjoy graduation. The committee works throughout the year planning the event. Over a hundred volunteers work the days leading up to, and the night of, the event. If this is the only form of volunteering you want to do just go to their web site and take their link to volunteering for Project Grad.

Teen Counseling: The Teen Counseling Project is dedicated to maintaining healthy environments in each of the three West Sonoma County High Schools: Analy, El Molino, and Laguna. A Leadership Committee composed of parents, educators, therapists, and business representatives from the community works to identify needs of the students and the best ways to address those needs.
