the Disney musical adaptation of the fairy tale, La Belle et la Bete.

The story is the tale of an arrogant Prince who refused to help an old woman take shelter in his castle from the cold. She offered him a rose in return for help but he again refused her, repulsed by her haggard face. Little did he know she was a powerful enchantress so upon his second refusal she turned him into a beast and all the inhabitants of his castle fell under her spell as well. The Beast’s only release was for him to learn to find love in his heart and before the last petal of the rose fell. Meanwhile, at a near by village there lived a beautiful, but lonely, young woman named Belle…

This play has delighted young and old. It is the classic love story. It should not be missed!
