Welcome to Analy’s Award winning Theatre Arts Department, famous for its track record of challenging and hugely successful performances, presenting at least two major, well-publicized productions per year, as well as monologues and scenes from the Acting Class, and IMPROV nights. The department regularly participates in: The Lenaea Festival, now held this year in Folsom, CA; attends the Ashland Oregon Shakespeare Festival in the Spring, and regularly works with guest artists.
Last year the department was nominated by Leslie McCauley of Santa Rosa Junior College’s Theatre Dept. and selected by the American High School Theatre Festival to perform at the FRINGE Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. This is a great honor for the department! Although we will not be attending this year, we keep open the possibility of applying again in the future.
