How You Can Help

The Analy Band Wagon (ABW) is committed to doing what we can to support the instrumental music program at Analy. There are several ways that you can help us help them. Below is a list of some of those ways.

Double your gift! Some companies will match their employees' charitable donations. Be sure to ask your employer about donation matching.

The eScrip program is a great way to finance the Analy Band program without costing you a dime. Sign up at www.escrip.com and follow the instructions for registering your credit card numbers and supermarket membership numbers. You may register by mail or online using their secure system. To sign up by phone, call 1-800-592-0942. Please use the Analy Band Wagon's Group ID Number: 139618580 when you register. Once you are registered with eScrip and shop at participating businesses, a percentage of your total purchases will be donated to the Analy Band Wagon. Please be sure to renew your eScrip registration annually.

The Community Smart card program is another way to finance the Analy Band program without any cost to you. When you use your Community Smart Card at participating local merchants, a percentage of your total purchases will be donated to the Analy Band Wagon. To sign up, go to www.communitysmart.com. Once you have entered your personal information, select 'NONPROFITS' and enter the nonprofit information as: Analy Band Wagon, Sebastopol, CA 95473. Enter "50 mile radius" and enter "Analy Band Wagon." You will receive your Community Smart Card in the mail. See the Community Smart website for a listing of participating merchants.

Volunteers are needed at all Analy Band Wagon events to help support the musical opportunities for our students. Volunteers are needed to help with uniform fittings, to act as travel chaperones, to serve at the Fall Festival, and to sell tickets and refreshments at the band concerts. The best way to participate in the Analy instrumental music program is by joining the ABW Board.

Google Checkout is offering NO FEES through
the end of 2008 for non-profits. This is a great
option if you want to support the ABW and make
sure 100% of your donation goes directly to the
instrumental music program! You will need to
create a Google account, if you don't already
have one, in order to donate through Google
Checkout.

Just enter the amount you want to donate below,
click the "Donate" button and follow the instructions
on the Google screen(s) that follow. A PayPal account is not required if you want
to make a one-time donation. After entering
the amount you wish to donate below, click the
"Donate" button and look for the "Don't have a
PayPal account?" link on the page to continue. A PayPal account is required if you want
to set up a donation payment plan. After
entering the monthly amount you wish to
donate and the number of months below,
click the "Payment Plan" button.
